About Abilify Patient Assistance Programs
Bristol Myers Squibb provides up to three months' worth of Abilify® at no cost through the Bristol-Myers Squibb Patient Assistance Foundation Program for Abilify®. The . To determine eligibility, a patient must fill out a short form that can be downloaded from the official Bristol-Myers Squibb website.
Eligible patients must live in the U.S., Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands, and cannot have any form of public or private prescription drug coverage. The patient's annual income must fall at or below 250% percent of the federal poverty level, which is $27,925 for singles, $37,825 for couples, $47,725 for families of three, $57,625, for families of four, $67,525 for families of five, and higher for larger families.
Once patients have filled out the application, they must have their doctor's office complete the physicians' section before mailing or faxing it in. If a patient qualifies, their medication will be shipped to their doctor's office. Doctors may request refills directly from Bristol Meyers Squibb.
Patients who don't qualify may still save through the Xubex Patient Assistance Program, which allows insurance and does not have any income caps. Patients can download the application or call 866-699-8239 to have it faxed, and then return it via fax or snail mail. Doctors do not need to fill out any forms, but a prescription is required.
Abilify® depression patients who have been on antidepressants for at least a month and a half and want to add Abilify® to their treatment plan may be able to get the first prescription free, and then save up to $100 for each of the next 17 refills.
